for a Binding Site Plan or Subdivision. You have typed Binding Site Plan Review on the top of our application; however, the summary states that you wish to subdivide the parcel into
three lots.
Your Environmental Checklist is not signed and dated. Please provide 5 copies, signed and dated.
Are there any covenants that currently run with the land, such as covenants for the condominium?
There were no grading plans submitted.
As proposed, the landscape does not meet City requirements. A more detailed conceptual plan will need to be submitted.
