Yelm Municipal Code Chapter 17.84 Site Plan Review requires that site plan review and approval is required prior to the use of land or building for the location of any commercial, industrial,
or public building or activity. At this time, your business is in violation of Yelm Municipal Code, Chapter 17, Zoning. Violation of this chapter or failure to comply with any of its
requirements shall constitute a misdemeanor.
Your location at 10619B Vancil Road SE, is zoned C-1 Commercial, and your auto glass business is an allowed use in the Commercial district. However, as stated above, you need to comply
with the Site Plan Review process.
