The City of Yelm has received a complaint that your property located at 16411 Middle Road is
being used as a commercial auto repair /restoration site. The property is zoned (R-6) Moderate
Density Residential District. Commercial activity does not comply with the zoning standards of
this district and the City requests that the operation be terminated immediately.
At the time of the complaint review, a number of vehicles were stored on both the road side and
to the rear of the building. City Ordinance does not allow outside storage of motor vehicles in
residential areas. Please remove all vehicles by October 17, 2000.
