It has been brought to our attention that you have on your
owned /rented property, located at 10402 Grove Rd SE a pick -up truck
camper /motorhome /travel trailer which is being used as a dwelling.
Yelm Municipal Code limits the location of mobile /manufactured
homes to mobile home parks /subdivisions. The use of pick -up truck
campers /motorhomes /travel trailers as a temporary or permanent
residence is not allowed due to zoning and health and safety
requirements.
You are requested to cease using the structure located on your
owned /rented property as a dwelling. Compliance within 24 hours of
receipt of this notice is required.
