Dear Mr. Nettleton:
Thank you for submitting a landscape plan for your new building in Prairie Park. At this time I am unable to complete my review, as the plan is incomplete.
Please submit a new plan that shows all of the landscaping proposed regarding this new building, to include all of the landscape islands, their location, size, and the type of plants
that are being proposed in the planting areas.
I have attached the applicable landscaping requirements to assist you in completing your landscape plan.
If you are planning to provide parking in the open area between the buildings, you will need to submit revised civil plans to the Community Development Department reflecting this change.
Parking areas require a Type IV landscaping. You stated that you have a letter from Ms. Carlson that relieves you from this requirement. I have researched our files, and did not find
a letter reflecting that. Please provide our department with the letter that you are referring to, so that we may review it.
