The following are comments from the above referenced plans and need to be addressed for the final submittal. The building is required to have fire hydrant coverage to all parts of the building. The maximum length of coverage from each fire hydrant is 150’. Currently the fire hydrants do not meet this requirement. The hydrants may be relocated to achieve the required coverage. Please show the water meter location, size and back flow prevention as required by the development guidelines. Once you have revised the above referenced comments please fax me a copy of the revisions. I will review and approve them with the faxed copies. When the fax is approved, you will submit the final documents. The following will be required: 1 full size set of mylar engineering documents (city’s copy) 1 full size set of engineering documents (any format your copy) 1 11X17 paper set of engineering documents 1 CD with the final engineering AutoCAD files If you have any questions or comments, please call me at (360) 458-8438 and I will be happy to further assist you.
