As provided in section 9.48.040 of the Yelm Municipal Code, a civil penalty has been assessed against you in the amount of $150.00, and a separate civil penalty in that amount may be assessed against you for each day or part of day that this violation continues until the condition specified (please see Attachment A, Item E., 7) in the said notice has been corrected to the city's satisfaction. On several occasions, we have removed individuals from the building which in my opinion is a safety and health hazard. The building has no doors or windows with trash throughout. I highly recommend the City take the necessary action to have the owner "seal" the building.
