As provided in Section 9.48.040 of the Yelm Municipal Code, a civil penalty has been assessed against you in the amount of 5350.00 , and a separate civil penalty in that amount may be assessed against you for each day or part of day that this violation continues, commencing August 16, 1999 , and until the condition specified in the said notice has been corrected to the city's satisfaction.
