As provided in section 9.48.040 of the Yelm Municipal Code, a civil penalty has been assessed against you in the amount of $150.00, and a separate civil penalty in that amount may be assessed against you for each day or part of day that this violation continues until the condition specified in the said notice has been corrected to the city's satisfaction. Civil penalties must be paid within thirty days after they have been incurred.
