The irrigation control box on Lot 21 has been relacated to mainkain 10' separation from sewer box. 5. Sewer box lid has been replaced on Lot 22. 6. Same as #4 on Lot 23. , 7. Same as #5 on Lot 7. 8. Same as #5 on Lot 13. 9. Sewer valve has been exposed on Lot 17. 10. Same as #4 on Lot 21. 11. Same as #5 on Lot 22. 12. Same as #4 on Lot 23. Civil 1. ADA ramp has been repaired. 2.
