At this time, the application is incomplete. We will not start our review of your final plat application until the following items are completed and/or submitted. The Civil punch list must be completed and approved by Mr. Gibson prior to City review of the final plat application. Bill of Sale for water lines and appurtenances. Proof of submittal (receipt) or Certificate of the Articles of Incorporation for the Home Owners Association from the State of Washington. Stormwater Maintenance Agreement. The Application to Segregate the LID ERU’s does not include the parcel that the ERU’s are being transferred from. The parcel number and the parcel owner’s signature are required on this form. Your plat map, and lot closures refer to a Tract D, which was part of the boundary line adjustment with Mr. Longmire. This makes your map incorrect as well as the lot closures for Tracts D and B.
