Re: Final Plat Application Review for Yelm Terra Subdivision, SUB-03-8353-YL
Dear Mr. Chamberlain:
The City has completed its initial review for the above referenced final plat application. We are still waiting for comments from Thurston County. We should receive those comments
on October 8, 2004. I will forward those comments to you as soon as we receive them. There are items that need revisions. For the items that need changed or corrected, I am sending
you back redlined originals.
Survey review comments: The reviewing surveyor has made his comments and corrections in red ink, and pink highlights. I have included our comments on the same plat, ours in blue.
I have also included his letter. He will need to have the revised documents back to complete his review. Please be sure to correct all items. When you submit your revised plans, please
include 3 copies of the full size plat, and one 11” x 17” copy. RETURN ALL REDLINED COPIES.
Stormwater Agreement: Please submit a signed copy of the agreement to maintain stormwater facilities. Be sure to inlcude the operation and maintenance information with the agreement
for recording.
I received your copy of the state certification for your Articles of Incorporation. I did see on page 1 of that document that you have the homeowners providing maintenance on street
lights. That is not necessary. On page 5 of the CC&R’s, you will need to change item “S”, to match your stormwater maintenance title. Sign and return.
Survey review fees in the amount of $892.50.
All documents that are to be recorded with the County must have a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides. The County has become very insistent in that respect. Please double
check your CCR’s, and Stormwater Maintenance, including the schedules to make sure any footers or page numbers do not fall into this one-inch margin.
I understand that Mr. Huddleston is to forward the LID transfer document to me. I have not received it as of today.
