Box 1269 Eatonville, WA 98328 Re: Comments for Hawks Landing Final Plat Application - SUB-02-8333-YL Dear Mr. Bruno: The City has completed its initial review for the above referenced final plat application. There are some items that need revisions. For the items that need changed or corrected, I am sending you back redlined originals. Survey review comments: In addition to the corrections required by the reviewing surveyor marked in red, and yellow highlights, I have added the City’s comments in green. Please be sure to correct all items. When you submit your revised plans, please include 3 copies of the full size plat, revised lot closures, and one 11” x 17” copy. RETURN ALL REDLINED COPIES. When our surveyor has reviewed the revised plans, any further corrections will need to be made. At that time you will submit your Mylar’s. Please update and resubmit your Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Other Corrections: Please have all required documents signed and notarized. Assigned Savings: Please provide a letter of credit and assigned savings in the amount of 150% of the cost hydroseeding of the ponds and planter strips. The assigned savings shall be reviewed during the summer months to assure that the seeded areas have established. The form is attached. The LID segregation is processed and returned. It will be presented to City Council at the time of presenting the final plat. Jim Gibson will work on the bonding for the road improvements on Hwy 507 when he returns next week. Survey review fees: The fees for the initial review, and revised plan review must be paid prior to recording. I will forward this invoice to you when the review is complete. The above listed corrections must be completed and returned to the City no later than Wednesday, February 26, 2003 to be considered by the City Council. The final plat application is scheduled to be heard by City Council on Wednesday, March 12, 2003. All revisions must be approved by Wednesday, March 5, 2003. If City Council approves the final plat, I will meet you at the Thurston County Assessors Office the following morning to record your final plat. At that time you will need to bring your property taxes current to the end of 2003, and pay recording fees. If you have any questions, please contact me at (360) 458-8496. Questions regarding the surveyors’ comments can be directed to Eddie True, (360) 458-2894.
