It is the goal of the City to continue patterns that have traditionally been used and to create distinctive character where it is presently lacking. Therefore, the street trees on the current plant list shall be employed when planting street trees in or along the public Right-of-Way. A. Planting theme 1. Ratio: 3 street trees to 1 accent tree. 2.
