RE: New trees planted at Burger King Restaurant in Yelm, WA.
Dear Mr. Brink:
This is notification that the four trees planted along Yelm Ave E in 2014 were not irrigated and have since died. Per the attached Assignment of Funds dated December 14, 2014, $1,500.00
is held by Columbia Bank as 150% of value for four (4) new trees until November 30, 2017. With the wet winter weather upon us, now is the perfect time to replace these four trees.
Please advise us on the schedule to replace these trees.
