Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597   April 18, 2006 Burnett Road Commercial Park, LLC Attn: Steve Chamberlain/Doug Bloom 4200 6th Ave SE Suite 301 Lacey, Washington 98503 Re: Burnett Road Commercial Park Dear Mr. Chamberlain: The Community Development Department has reviewed your project and finds the following must be completed prior to Certificate of Occupancy: The roof drains for the units were required to be connected to drywells. It appears that they have been routed to the paving area. There have been many hose bibs installed around the drive aisles. How are they connected to the water system? I did not see any water meters between them and the water mains. The gravel area for Phase II must be blocked to prevent parking in that area. Street lights to be installed, or proof of work request from PSE. Catch basins to be cleaned out and grouted. No parking signs on Burnett Road need to be installed. The old construction entrance at the west end of the sidewalk needs to be removed. This entrance is creating a water and traffic hazard. Please remove this entrance and restore it to the preconstruction constitution. The items on the attached punchlist from the City water and sewer department must be addressed. As-builts must be submitted. Please contact me when these items are complete. This list does not include any punchlist items that are in regard to your building permits.
