We are requesting that you review our amended Site Plan regarding Phase II of the Burnett Road
Commercial Park, which is enclosed with this letter. Our previous site plan showed a mixed use
building with commercial spaces on the f rst floor and 4 single family residences on the second
floor with a total of 10,880 sf. Our new Site Plan has eliminated the single family residences and
reflects an additional commercial use building which increased the total commercial space to
12,544 sf.
The site plan, grading, drainage and utility services have been modified to accommodate the site
changes. The building designs are now complete and ready for building permit submittal. These
changes reflect an assessment of the market and this design is more compatible with the Phase I
development. I hope this can be handled with an administrative amendment to our original site
plan approval. We would like to be under construction by November 1, 2006.
