OVER, UNDER AND THROUGH TJ-/E LAND HEREBY PLATTED THE PURPOSE OF THE EASEMENT IS TO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR THE CITY OFF1CERS AND EMPLOYEES TO THE CITY OWNED PORTION OF THE STEP SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS.
