SPECIFICATIONS:
• DIAMOND DOOR Horizontal Slide and Fixed Windows are fabricated from 6063 T -5
aluminum alloy.
• The corners and connecting members are all die cut and punched for an exact fit.
• Standard finishes are mill or bronze painted.
• Pile type weather - stripping for long life weathering. (Horizontal Slide)
• Brass wheels on vents along with vinyl slides assure smooth sliding motion.

• Half screens of charcoal fiber glass furnished on all windows. (Horizontal Slide)
0 Cartooned in corrugated boxes for added protection.
• Non insulated DSB (double strength "B" float) clear annealed glass furnished as a
standard in horizontal slide windows. (factory glazed)
• Non insulated DSB (double strength "B" float) tinted tempered glass furnished as a
standard in the Fixed windows. (factory glazed)
• Insulated glass consisting of two pieces of 1/8" DSB clear annealed utilizing a 1/4"
spacer hermetically sealed with a poly sulfide sealant as a standard in all insulated
horizontal slide windows. (factory glazed)

• Windows shall conform to HS -C25 (horizontal slide) and F -HC40 (fixed)
• Windows meet or exceeds the reference criteria for the appropriate window type.
WARRANTY:
• The window manufacture shall warrant the quality of workmanship for (1) year [five]
years for insulated glass seal only) the performance of the factory fabricated
window unit as it relates to air, water and structural integrity.
• The erector shall be responsible for the window and fin application adequately
anchoring to the building in regards to flashing and sealing.
0 These windows assemblies do not satisfy the Texas Department of Insurance's or
Florida's Dade county criteria for protection from wind borne debris. These window
assemblies will need to be protected with an impact protective system if installed in
area's indicated as wind borne debris areas.

Installation Instructions
1. After selecting location of window cut panel for rough opening as
Indicated in the tables below
2. If required install.vertical jamb supports (by others)
3. Install panel fin adapters in vertical tack from top of window until
Flush with head fin
4. From the inside of building set window over bottom panel and set
Into position
S. Flush top of window to top panel
6. With self drilling tee screws attach through panel into panel fins
7. Complete by caulking sides and top of window
