The culvert is half buried on the north side of 103rd and is completely buried on the south side of 103rd. I went out to Stevens Rd. Project and spoke to Roland about addressing this issue to Mike Wood and getting it resolved it. Roland said Carl was working on it and he will talk to Mike today on the issue.
