Jim: I spoke with Elizabeth O’Neal who called in this complaint, I guess some-one on the work crew had told them they needed to take the wall down or they will come and scoop it up
and haul it away. Some-one from her house went and talked to Mike Wood and he went and talked to them and said that no-one should have told them that they would need to take down their
wall immediately or it will be hauled off. He apologized and handed out cards and told them if the needed to talk to anyone about this to give him a call. Mrs. O’Neal said the person
yesterday had also told them that the City will put the wall back up in place for them. I don’t think that is how it works. If I am missing something please let me know incase I get
questioned by property owners. Mrs. O’Neal seems to be o.k. now.
