Steve, there is no requirement for the bollards to be place around the RPBA, Bollards are just add protection for the RPBA and the hot box. It is the responsibility of the owner to
protect against damage to the unit.

Kevin: A question was brought today at the Wal-Mart meeting. Is the contractor going to be required to place bollards around the RPBA ? It looks to be in a good location away from
