Ryan and Alton: Per the e-mail that I had sent to you and others yesterday, letting you know I will be onsite at 10:30 a.m. this morning to re-inspect some of the civil items that need
to be completed. I have also invited others along to look at the items they are responsible for inspecting.
It is my understanding, if punch list items are not 100% compete, you are proposing to issue a letter to the city, requesting an extension for temporary occupancy. I am requesting that
you have a copy of this letter ready for me to pick up for review at the time of the walk thru today at 10:30 a.m. This will help aid in expediting the review and processing your request.
