One remaining item for Wal-Mart
After going through the letter is see the following questions:
* Wsdot has not signed off on there portion of the frontage improvements.
* Thurston County has not signed off on the offsite improvements. I have talked to the offsite inspector and they are close but not done.
* We need to verify that all signage has been installed and is spelled correctly on the frontages.
* We need to verify that the sign has been installed on the emergency parking stall (Todd’s space) I did not remember it there last week.
* Chain Link fence needs painted
* Asbuilt plans need to be submitted.
* I do not know any of the documentation status. Tami do you know this?
Steve - would you check the second and third bullet points above first thing this morning.

It's in the civil review folder of the Wal-Mart SPR file... H:\CDD Projects\SPR Site Plan Review\05-0091 WalMart\Civil\Final Inspections for C of O\05-0091 Punchlist Letter.pdf
On that letter, going from memory from last week when I drove through, I see the bus shelter, the fence, the light poles, and the financial guarantee for the storm system.
The paperwork is required 45 days after CO (or TCO) and is listed in that letter.

Grant -
According to Steve we have only the fence left to paint. What is not listed is:
* The current sewer tank issues. There is no resolution to this yet.
* Any paperwork that is still outstanding
* Any fees that are still outstanding
I can not seem to find the last compete letter that we sent to Allan Seay with all the paperwork issues still outstanding to check this.

Jim: I went by Wal-Mart today to check the status of the outstanding punch list item. The item listed on the attached doc, appears to be the only outstanding item from the last punchlist
done on August 10, 2007 that has not been completed yet.
