August 13, 2007
The following are a few minor issues that need to be addressed and completed for the Yelm Wal-Mart.
Sewer Onsite:
The pump Lag-Float is operating both pumps at the same time. The lead float does nothing. This needs to be corrected.
The aluminum lid on the pump end of the step tank is cracked and must be replaced.
The green lids on the step tank must be secured down with stainless steel screws.
Sewer Offsite:
The gate valve box at the intersection of Grove Road and 100th must be cleaned out.
Civil items:
Near the east entrance form the guard rail to the first light pole, the grade on the back of sidewalk needs to be brought up to 1” and out 1’ of back of walk grade.
Parking lot lamp that is on the ground behind the sound barrier wall at the end of the 510 loop and the west end of sound wall needs to be placed somewhere within the confines of Wal-Mart.
Electrical cover on light pole # 14 – 240, at the west end of the parking lot near the intersection of 510 loop and State Route 507.
