Re: Wal Mart “On-Site” Punch List
The Power disconnect must be drilled to allow the use of a City of Yelm Pad Lock when the disconnect is in the “ON” position.
The Pump Control Panel must be equipped with a surge arrester per our spec.
The Carson (valve) box at the Highway must be raised to grade.
The Sewer Department must be supplied with test results from a certified Man-Hole Vacuum tester for the testing done to the man holes on site.
All Traffic Bearing lids 30” or larger must be aluminum per COY Spec. Sever will need to be changed.
Due to the installation and lid size, we are unable to remove the (green) lid from the ‘solids end’ of the STEP Tank. This must be corrected.
The “J” Box in the STEP Tank must have the lid secured with S.S. Phillips Head screws, not “Square” drive.
The Yelm Sewer Department must be supplied with a Written tank warranty.
The pump system installed is a “duplex” system (2 pumps) yet only 1 “ON-OFF” float was installed. 2 floats for 2 pumps are required.
