1. The developer is responsible for the cost of the fire hydrant locks and the City of Yelm Water Department will order and install them. The project will not be final
until the City of Yelm has received the payment in full for the fire hydrant locks.

2. The fire hydrant at station 3 + 00 needs to be turned straight with the road.
3. The fire hydrant at station 5 + 50 needs to be turned straight with the road.
4. Need to vacuum out the two gate valve housings in the area of station 17 + 00. These are the fire hydrant and fire sprinkler systems gate valves.
5. At station 14 + 00, need to finish putting together the gate valve housing and vacuum it out. The landscaping is not done yet.
Wal-mart 0ff site
1. Straighten the fire hydrant to be inline with the side walk or the road. This is next to the tree storage area by 507.
2. Turn the fire hydrant so the storz’s is facing the parking lot. This is the hydrant east of the last entrance on 507.
3. The blow off at station 230 +15 is too low and needs a bigger box.
4. The irrigation meter box and double check valve assembly box needs to be fixed, the lids do not sit right, thy may be a trip hazard.
A. Need too make sure we have all the well removable reports.
B. The Bacterial test has been done.
C. Back flow test have been done
