All wire connections in the Pump Vault “J” Box must be made-up with heat shrink butt connectors
The broken riser lid on the pump vault must be replaced
The extra conduit connected to the pump control panel must be removed and the hole capped in a water tight fashion
A handle must be attached to the tank inlet lid.
The ring is sized in such a way that it is too difficult to remove the lid on the inlet side of the tank. This must be remidied.
Public Works:
Finish missing walk on corner of State Route 507 and State route 510.
Remove plastic from extruded domes.
Finish grade on back of sidewalk on State route 507 from guard rail to State Route 510.
Broken panel marked in Red at Tire and Lube exit.
Broken curb at light pole on back side of walk at Tire and Lube exit marked in Red.
Clean all sidewalks.
