Existing 8,000gal tank will need to be retrofitted with an outlet to Gravity flow into the new step tank. How will this be accomplished with the tank on line?
Per agreement with Wal-Mart representative, existing 8000 gallon tank at Wal-Mart is to be owned and maintained by Wal-Mart Corporation. New 6000 gallon tank following installation
and final inspection is to be owned and maintained by the City. This is contrary to note at bottom right of page 27/42.
