Dear Ed:
The City of Yelm has received your public disclosure request relating to the annexation of certain property (ANX 8073). Although your letter is dated March 7, the letter was postmarked
on March 31, 2005, and the City did not receive it until April 1, 2005,
I will address your request in the same bullet point order as presented in your letter:
This request is fulfilled.
Public hearing notices and affidavits are maintained as part of the land use file (ANX 8073) or with the Ordinance or Resolution to which it is applicable. No separate search was conducted
specifically for public notices, but they are included if they exist as part of the underlying document or file.
This is not a request for an identifiable public record. The minutes of the City Council and Planning Commission should identify all participants, although no separate search was conducted
to confirm.
This request is fulfilled in that the entire land use file is being provided as the public record associated with the annexation in question.
The following public records were copied in response to your request:
Agenda and Minutes of the January 27 and April 28, 1993 City Council meetings.
Ordinance Numbers 465 and 473 and Resolution Number 280.
Land use file ANX 8073.
Minutes of the January 25, 1993 Planning Commission meeting.
The packet which you will receive contains the entire file. Nothing in the project file has been redacted or withheld pursuant to the public disclosure act.
The cost for the copies is $20.30 (203 copies) and an invoice is included with this letter. The copies are available at the Community Development will call box. If you wish the copies
mailed, please contact Roberta Allen at 458-3835 to make those arrangements and to obtain the postage fee.
If you have any questions regarding the materials, please contact the City at 458-3835 during normal business hours.
Sincerely,
Grant Beck, Director
Department of Community Development
