Clearing and Grading Comments
Dear Mr. Spiller:
On July 11, 2001, Bob Bussey asked to have a clearing and grading permit issued for Longmire Meadows. To issue a clearing and grading permit I need to have sheet No.2 of 21 revised
and resubmitted for approval.
The following is a list of revisions required to the plan sheet:
Please revise the inlet sediment protection on Van Trump St. It appears that the catchbasin was moved and the inlet protection was not.
Please move the construction entrance to lots 10, 11 or 12. By moving the entrance to Solberg St. the traffic and dust will not be directly in front of the homes on Van Trump St.
Please add a note to the plan that states “STEP sewer tank, pumps, controller and complete system to be removed and returned in working order to the City of Yelm Sewer Dept. Call City
of Yelm Sewer Dept at 360-458-8411 for additional information” Before removal of the system the STEP system and tank must be pumped and cleaned out.
The plan shows the installation of filter fabric fence “if required” along the tax parcels of 22719231103 and 22719231102. The fence or an approved equal will be required on the property
line. This is to delineate the property line during construction.
After discussions with Bob Bussey the City requested that the tree on lot 8 try to be retained. Please show tree protection fence around it.
Coates St is a partially county owned street. It appears that there are approx. 7 to 8 trees in the street right of way. I have contacted Thurston County to check on any additional
permits that may be required.
Please change the approval block to read City of Yelm Development Review Engineer.
A preconstruction meeting will be required before any staking, equipment mobilization to the site or construction takes place.
