The completion date is June 27, 2008. Please note that the first punchlist item, concerning the fire suppression line has changed. Please read carefully.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> These items are as follows:<o:p></o:p> 1. The fire suppression system for the gas station needs to be recertified after the fire line was broken during construction. Contact Fire Marshall for specific requirements. This item can be cut at the area where the break occurred and capped if the owner of the Shell gas station & store chooses not to maintain this system anymore. This option was discussed onsite between the owner and City of Yelm Building Official.<o:p></o:p> 2. Asbuilt Drawings. <o:p></o:p> 3. Bill of sale for Water and Sewer. <o:p></o:p> 4. Easement for Water and Sewer. <o:p></o:p> 5. Please provide ground cover over the landscape corner enhancement per the approved plans. <o:p></o:p> 6. Box for Double Check Valve Assembly needs to be raised to final grade. <o:p></o:p> 7. Replace broken valve marker, and straighten good one. <o:p></o:p> 8.
