final punch list February 12, 2003 Ed Elliot Harr Family Homes 2205 116th Street South Tacoma, WA 98444 Dear Mr. Elliot: The purpose of this letter is to ensure that all requirements of Nisqually Estates, Division 2 subdivision have been completed prior to issuing final approval for the final dwelling under construction. The items which remain outstanding are: The sidewalk sections broken during construction as marked by Gary Carlson last October need to be replaced. The southwest stormwater pond serving division 2 needs to be hydroseeded, sod placed in the biofilter area, and cleaned of debris. The required landscaping in the area of the stormwater ponds which has died needs to be replaced. The required landscaping near the southwest stormwater pond serving division 2 needs to be installed.
