Dear Mr. Randles:
The purpose of this letter is to ensure that all requirements of the Canal Estate subdivision have been completed prior to issuing final approval for the final dwelling under construction
(lot 17).
The items which need to be completed before issuance of a occupancy permit for lot 17 are:
The stormwater pond needs to be cleaned, with all construction debris and fill material removed.
The required landscaping in the stormwater pond which has died needs to be replaced.
All required grass which has died in planting strip along the road adjacent to the stormwater pond needs to be replaced with new sod.
The streets and all catch basins need to be cleaned.
All construction equipment must be removed from the development.
