Improvements to the subject property are the construction of approximately 49,000 sq ft
of office buildings. There gill be a total of six structures, pazking area and storm
drainage.
The area north of the proposed project is primarily residential, separated from the project
by Yelm Creek
The area east of the project is a mix of institutional and commercial uses. The easterly
area contains an elementary school, church, senior citizen center and a day care. The
elementary school is separated from the project by Yelm Creek.
The area south of the project is primarily commercial. The southerly area contains a
Hotel, Theater, Gas Station and various retail stores.
