Re: TBM Yelm Transmission Shop
Dear Chris:
The Community Development Department has reviewed your request to defer the road frontage improvements that are a requirement of land use approval for the Yelm Transmission Shop.
The Department did discuss in the land use review process, the possibility of deferral of these improvements. We found that it was in the best interest of the City to have the improvements
completed at this time, due to probability that the gas station and restaurant located adjacent to this parcel would not be required to construct frontage improvements any time in the
near future, and other improvements to the Cullens Road and Longmire Street intersections that are in the pipeline for future improvement
