Located at Lot 16 of Canal Estates - 15807 90th Ave SE
Dear Mr. Hall:
This letter serves as an approval for the proposed retaining wall at the above referenced location. You will be allowed to continue the construction of the concrete wall with the following
conditions:
The footing of the wall must be moved. All parts of the wall must be located outside the 10’ undisturbed area as shown on the final plat of Canal Estates.
If the retaining wall’s height is greater than 4 feet a building permit will be required. This measurement is taken from the bottom of the footing to the top of the wall. If a building
permit required please contact Gary Carlson at (360) 458-8407.
Before placing the concrete for the footing, a footing inspection will be required to verify that all portions of the retaining wall is outside the buffer area. Please call (360) 458-8407
