YELM SEWER DEPARTMENT Re:  Review Tahoma Valley Golf and Country Club May 22, 2007 Please specify an OSI 20 GPM pump rather than the 10 GPM currently specified. At the intersection of Rice St. and Mosman St.  a “T” is to be installed presumably for future use (1 side is to be capped). I would rather see a 90 degree fitting and only 1 valve at this location. At Sta. # 49+72.85 an “End of Line Clean Out” is required, not a cap. The Depth of Bury for the STEP Tank is not called out. The main on Mosman is shown to be “dipping below the water main to maintain adequate separation. This must be done with fittings as no pipe deflection is allowed.
