??Attached is another set of plans for the Golf Club House. Please take a look at these plans and verify that your comments were addressed from the previous review. I have included
your comments from the previous review. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. As soon as you are happy with the plans I can issue a permit for them to

Review Tahoma Valley Golf and Country Club

Please specify an OSI 20 GPM pump rather than the 10 GPM currently specified.
At the intersection of Rice St. and Mosman St. a “T” is to be installed presumably for future use (1 side is to be capped). I would rather see a 90 degree fitting and
only 1 valve at this location.
At Sta. # 49+72.85 an “End of Line Clean Out” is required, not a cap.
The Depth of Bury for the STEP Tank is not called out.
The main on Mosman is shown to be “dipping below the water main to maintain adequate separation. This must be done with fittings as no pipe deflection is allowed.

1. The developer is responsible for the cost of the fire hydrant locks and the City of
Yelm Water Department will order and install them. The project will not be final until the City of Yelm has received the payment in full for the fire hydrant locks.
2. Sheet C6.0 Note 5 should read 8” X 6” X 8” tee.
3. Will need to have a Reduce Pressure Backflow Assembly behind the domestic water meter, because of the wells and reuse irrigation meter.
