WITNESSETH:
For valuable wnsideratioq receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor hereby grants
and conveys to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, A PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR Rulaimed
Waterline, over, under, upon and through a portion ofthat certain real property situate and being in the
County of Thurstoq State of Washington, more particularly described as follows, TO WIT:

PERMANENTEASEMENT:
Said portion of the above-described parcel being described as follows:

TOGETHER W ITH the right to enter upon, over and along said real property hereinbefore described, from
time to time, to construct, inspect, repair, alter, modify, replace, remove, and update to present and future
technological standards, said Reclaimed Waterline. The Grantor shall not place or wnswct a building or
other structure on the easement right-of--way.
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT:
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
See Attached "Exhibit A"
Said temporary construction easement to terminate upon completion of the initial construction of
said Reclaimed Waterline.
The permanent rights herein granted to the Grantee shell continue in force until such time as the
Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall permanently abandon the same and upon such removal or
abaudonmenl, all rights hereby granted shall terminate.

Commencing at the most southerly comer of Lot 2 of City of Yelm Short Plat Number
8037 as recorded under Auditor's File Number 9111270158, Records of Thurston
County, Washington; [hence S40°2750"W a distance oC3.00 feet to the southwesterly
margin of Mosman Street; thence S49°29'01 "E along said margin a distance of 929.86
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S40°31'21 "W a distance of 9.55 feet; thence
