Re: Landscape Plan Approval for Autumn Hill
Dear Paul:
Attached please find a revised and approved landscape plan for Autumn Hill Subdivision. As I stated on the phone, some of the trees, that are marked on the property corners, will need
to be moved to allow for water or sewer lines that will be placed there. Also, please do your best to place a tree in the lot frontages of the cul-de-sac’s.
You show a perimeter fence on the north, west and south side of the property. For lots #1 – 4, please move the fence to follow the actual property lines of the lots. The open space
should be left unfenced, except for the back property lines of the adjacent lots.
The trees to be planted along Vancil Road will be under a power line. The Bowhall Maple is too large to be located under a power line. I have attached our street tree list for small
trees. Please try to choose a tree that has a mature height of 20 feet.
The other trees I have marked, need to placed away from any underground utility lines.
Please provide me with an Open Space Improvement Plan, describing how you intend to meet the qualifications of Open Space.
If you have any questions, feel free to call me at (360) 458-8496.
Sincerely,
Tami Merriman
