Roberta: The following are my comments for Samantha Ridge Review # 2:
1. Item # 20 from review # 1. I did not find any nations or callouts indicating a driveway slope of 2% min.
2. Item # 22 from review # 1. This item should be per City of Yelm Standards.
3. Item # 23 from review # 1. There needs to be an access gate included for the fencing, this needs to be shown on the plans.
4. Item # 28 from review # 1. Catch Basin # 9 still appears to be a Type 1 C.B. Is this supposed to be a type 1?
5. Item # 52 from review # 1. Reclaim water still needs to be shown. We do not have any asbuilts for this reclaim water line, there should be locators for this main on the site. There
is a crossing on Yelm Creek where the reclaim water line crosses. It is also located in the already shown utility easement in which has the water and sewer included in it.
6. Item # 54 from review # 1. There is no note that I can find addressing to remove this section of waterline as stated in your response letter.
7. Item # 64 from review # 1. Please include the irrigation plan, if there is going to be irrigation. No irrigation is shown with landscape plans.
8. Item # 65 from review # 1. The de-commissioning of the well note, needs to included wording such as “Copy of well de-commissioning report needs to be sent to the City of Yelm Water
Department at City of Yelm Public Works, located at 901 Rhoton Road, Yelm Washington 98597.
9. Item # 77 from review # 1. Must have CBU’s shown, not mail box clusters. This location must also be approved by the Yelm Post Master.
10. Item # 78 from review # 1. I do not see the utility easement included on the plan sheets. As building foot prints appear on plans, there does not seem to be enough room to put in
the 10’ utility easement, the step tank and meet the required building set backs. Please take a look at this again and make necessary adjustments on plans.
11. Please show and label all utilities for clarification on the profile drawings.
