I had Grant take a look at the Crystal Springs project, and the only additional comment, other than the ones I
emailed to you previously, is that we would like to see some guest or overflow parking provided. The internal
road that is being proposed does not allow on street parking, so there is no parking available if anyone living there
has a guest. Based on the site plan that you provided, there appears to be a couple locations between buildings
that this may work.
Please remind Jack that the boundary line adjustment is not complete yet.
For the Berry Valley Phase I, we are not sure if you are proposing a subdivision (the dotted lines on the site plan),
or if you are looking at townhouse development or PRD. Please remember that subdividing the land will require
that all the lots front a public street built to City standards (56' ROW). We will need more information on what you
are proposing.
