Jim: The following are review comments for the Tahoma Terra Fairway Multi-Family Review # 2.
1. Item # 2 from the 1st review still needs to be addressed. This section discusses the pervious area only, does not cover the treatment or infiltration.
2. Item # 7 from the 1st review still needs to be addressed for treatment and infiltration.
3. Item # 8 from the 1st review still needs to be addressed and show, concerning storage volume.
4. Detail on sheet C4.2 (5) Trail Detail callouts are cut off.
5. Item # 30 from the 1st review, the given elevations, appear to have storm run off running up into the interceptor swale?
6. Item # 32 from the 1st review has the roof drains running into the parking lot. Is this typical for all buildings?
7. Should the irrigation meter on the domestic water line have a back flow prevention device on it, after the meter?
8. Item # 50 from the 1st review still needs to be addressed.
9. All cleanouts on the side sewers, need to be shown on plans.
