Please add Staff or Hearing Examiner Conditions of Approval Inserted on Cover. 2. There is no Sheet 6 of 19 (C4.0 Horizontal Control & Paving Plan) in which is listed in the sheet index on Cover Sheet 1 of 19. 3. There is no center line for roadway’s ect; called out on plans, though stationing is called out. 4. Edge of pavement is not called out or defined on plans. 5. Right of way and width is not called out or defined on plans. 6. Proposed survey monumentation location and details are not called out, shown or referenced on plans. 7. Roadway sections are not shown on plans. 8. Identify street names, right of way, lots on the plans. 9. Easements, width and type not clearly defined on plans. 10. Sheet 15 of 19 (C6.6 Water Details) is blank. 11. Please show step tank bedding for concrete step tank per City of Yelm Detail 7-17. 12. Invert elevations not shown on profile plan sheets. 13. Electrical hook ups, Alarm and Controls for step tanks need to be shown. Please add Step Sewer Details 7-4, 7-5 and 7-6. 14. If a fire hydrant is not located at the end of dead end water main, a blow off assembly shall be required. Please add City of Yelm Water Detail 6-9 to water detail page on plans. 15. Please add to water plans, what type of coupling will be used. 16. Please provide 2 gate valves for Tee’s and 3 gate valves for crosses on the water plans. 17. Thrust Blocking is required at all fittings and in-line valves. Please show thrust blocks on plans. 18.
