Re: Tahoma Terra Fairway Multi-Family Review #3
2” PVC “T”s located at Sta # 5+50.99 and 5+54.17 are shown as MJ type fittings. These need to be gasket type slip fittings.
The STEP tanks proposed are shown as being concrete tanks. No 4500 gal. concrete tanks have been approved for use in our system. These will have to be fiberglass and must be installed
according to mfg. recommendations complete with tie-downs.
Reference is made to “slip joints” . all fittings and pipe must be slip fittings with gaskets. No glued fittings.
The “End of Line Detail is 7-20 not 7-22.
The Pump Control Panels cannot be mounted on the wall of a ‘living space’. Garage walls are OK, otherwise remote posts are required.
