Re: Del’s Farm Supply Site Plan Review Application
On July 3, 2006, the Community Development Department received an application for Site Plan Review for the above referenced project. The application submittal is not complete and further
information is required before we can begin the review process.
The site plan drawing needs to include the following items in order to be considered complete:
the centerline of Yelm Creek
the base flood elevation
the distance of proposed improvements from the Ordinary High Water Mark
the distance of proposed improvements from the 100 year flood plain
existing wells on or within 200 feet of the site
existing septic tanks on or within 200 feet of the site
I understand that there was confusion on the application fee amount and there is an outstanding balance of $250.00. The fees for the site plan review application should have been calculated
as follows:
SPR Application fees are $350 + $50 per 1,000 square foot
SPR Base Application $350
Barn @ 4,320 Sq. Ft. $250
SEPA $150
Total $750
