Sepa comment letterSeptember 19, 2003 Ruth Gardner 9003 Mountain View Road Yelm, WA 98597 Re: Comment’s regarding SEPA 8346, Buckhorn Estates Dear Ms. Gardner: Thank you for your comments regarding the Environmental Review for Buckhorn Estates. The environmental review portion of project review is a preliminary review of items that may affect the environment, and are not the final conditions of approval for the project. As part of project approval, the applicant will be required to extend City water and sewer service to the new lots created. This is required by city ordinance and regulations. The road frontage improvements for this project will be “half-road” improvements in front of the property to be subdivided. This will include a 16-foot drive lane, planter strip, and sidewalk. Your comments regarding improvements to the intersection of Mountain View Road and Highway 507 are noted, and will be part of the official record at the public hearing scheduled for September 29, 2003. Attached please find the notice of public hearing scheduled for September 29, 2003. You may attend the public hearing and give testimony, or you may submit additional written comments to be part of the official record.
