Yelm Creek is located along east property line, however, all development
to be located is approximately 300' from creek.
3. What provisions will be made for storm water and/or flood control?
Stormwater treatment per DOE 1992 and infiltration to be provided.
4. What provisions will be made for water supply and sewage disposal?
Site will connect to City water and sewer.
5. What provisions will be made for electrical power, natural gas, telephone
andother utilities?
Existing, no change.
6. What provisions will be made for streets, access, and/or buses?
Frontage improvements on Bald Hills Road.
7. What provisions, if any, will be made for open space and/or recreation?_
None.
8. What provisions will be made for schools and school children?
None.
