Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the mitigated determination of nonsignificance for the
Del's Farm Supply Improvements and New Building (SEPA No. OS-0673), located at 10616 Bald Hills
Road, as proposed by DFS Properties, LLC. The Department of Ecology (Ecology) reviewed the
environmental checklist and has the following comment(s):
TOXIC CLEANUP: Lisa Pearson (360) 407-6261
If contamination is currently known or suspected during construction, testing of the potentially
contaminated media must be conducted. If contamination of soil or groundwater is readily visible, or
is revealed by testing, P.cology must be notified. Contact the Environmental Report Tracking System
Coordinator a[ the Southwest Regional OfFce at (360) 407-6300. For assistance and information
about subsequent cleanup and to identify the type of [csting that will be required contact Mr. Bob
Warten with the Toxic Cleanup Program at the Southwest Regional Office at (360) 407-6361.
