The Department of Ecology (Ecology) reviewed the environmental checklist and has the following comment(s): TOXIC CLEANUP: Lisa Pearson (360) 407-6261 If contamination is currently known or suspected during construction, testing of the potentially contaminated media must be conducted. If contamination of soil or groundwater is readily visible, or is revealed by testing, P.cology must be notified.
