Project includes construction of a pole barn for storage, additional asphalt, and frontage
improvements along Bald Hills Road. The existing retail building will be connected to City
water and sewer.

The project is located just west of the intersection of Bald Hills Road and Yelm Avenue. Site

Yelm Creek is located along the east property line.

Storm water runoff will be generated from the parking lot and
roofs. The water will generally sheet flow to the east side of
the parking lot where it will be collected and directed to a
wet pond for treatment.
